Through years of experience we have found the majority of cryosurgical equipment is precision designed, durable equipment made from high quality materials. This allows for cost effective repairs repeatedly through a typical life span of ten to fifteen years.

All repairs carry a 90 day warranty on parts and labor. Warranty covers completed repair only - not the entire probe itself. Warranty claim rate of less than 1%, repairs are usually completed in 1 to 2 days. Shipping is additional unless other arrangements are made.
The following is a detailed break down of evaluation and repair descriptions most often performed.
Evaluation consists of the following:
- External inspection
- Operational test
- Freeze/defrost duration tests
- Thermocouple calibration test
- Leak test
- Deoxidize/polish boiler
- Deoxidize/polish electrical contacts
Level I
Includes evaluation and all minor repairs as needed.
Level 1 is the minimum charge on all probes returned in working condition. This is a cost recovery charge established due to the high volume of no-fault probes processed.

- Remove dents in exhaust port
- Tighten loose external fittings
- Straighten boiler tube
- Repair/ replace faulty connector hardware
- Filter -unclog/clean
Level 2
Includes all of Level I plus all medium repairs as needed.

- Repair internal leaks
- Tighten loose internal fittings
- Replace o-ring seals
Level 3
Includes all of Level I , Level 2 and all major repairs as needed.
- High pressure Valve Service
- High pressure Supply Tubing Service
- Thermocouple repaired/replaced
- Filter replaced
- Boiler repaired/replaced
- Replace filter housing assembly
- Repair/replace case at either end
